Transcelestial

When the founders reached out to me, they have slightly more than a month of time allocated to the chasis design of the Centauri 1. I was brought on board to work alongside with a passionate team of members to make it happen. Because of the pace we had, I started straight away interviewing the founders and the Technical team, differentiated the must haves and the wants and dived right in the the design phase keeping a tight check on balancing Function vs Form in respect to the timeline, the budget and manufacturing. The outcome met the need for internal temperature stability that the electronics required, it allowed for minimal wind resistance, the distinct bracket design held the main chasis firmly, kept vibration to a minmal aiding performance of the laser to work within its tolerance.
